RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS
The following are pictures of recent renovations to a circa 1890 home in Prince Frederick, Calvert County, Maryland. This house was considered a push over by many people but We at SORGO CONSTRUCTION LLC. have the experience,drive and desire to do what most people say can't be done. This project consisted of plaster patching,sanding and finishing wood flooring, new flooring,bathroom additions, new boiler system, electrical, plumbing, painting, windows, roof repairs, landscaping, and many other projects it has become Home of SORGO CONSTRUCTION LLC.
Also a circa 2000 home in Prince Frederick, Calvert County, Maryland. New Additions included Turning a double Garage into a in-law apartment,( Accessory apartment) Master Bedroom on second floor with a beautiful sunroom on the back.
New trusses and roofs were installed in addition to new siding. The interior was redone including new kitchen installations, bathroom installations, dual zone heat pump, electrical wiring, plumbing and drywall. New flooring was installed, New divider walls and complete Interior painting.
